AST-10 - Armored Cable Slitting Tool, Small Cable

The AST-10 is designed to gain mid span access by slitting open jacketed, and armored fiber optic cables. The tool has an adjustable depth (adjustable to 5.5mm (.216")) precision made blade that will cut through the toughest material while insuring no damage to the fibers. The tool can be set for Longitudinal cuts as well as radial cuts. For cables from 4mm (.157") to 10mm (.393"). All metal construction for the toughest applications.
