Completely set for direct termination of connectors with FIONEX-Bond

Advantages:

Set consists of:

• 100 pieces SC-connectors incl. boot (0.9 or 3mm) and crimp ring
• Epoxy sysringe and needle
• FIONEX Bond adhesiveset (10ml adhesive + 30ml activator)

Use as follows:

1. Strip and prepare fibre like for other termination methods

2. Fill connector and ferrule with Epoxy using the Epoxy sysringe

3. Dip fibre in Activator and insert fibre in connector warning: Epoxy cures within seconds

4. Cleave fibre warning: Extreme care should be taken during cleving the fibre and the initial connector polishing to ensure the fibre does not crack back below the fierrule surface

5. Ferrule can be polished like for other termination methods
